• 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place total medals for Open Category

• Top 3 Best Male & Female Lifters by Bodyweight Sinclair score

Athlete Requirements:

• 2024-2026 SWA Membership or other PSO membership

• Member in good standing

Athletes: Max of 120 athletes

• Registration from AUGUST 8TH TO SEPT 26: $110.00/athlete NO T-SHIRT INCLUDED

• Can purchase choice of sweater or tshirt. Sweater is $60 and tshirt is $28. Will have choice of large or small logo on the item. Merchandise must be purchased by September 18th to guarantee pickup

Coaches: coach must be registered to get credentials to assist your athletes

• Must be a Competition Introduction Certified Coach (if not, special permission need to be approved by SWA.)

• 2025-2026 SWA Membership or other PSO membership

• Member in good standing
