SWA Junior Training Camp - Nov 18th, 2017

Synergy Strength will be hosting an SWA Junior Training camp for athletes between the ages of 14-20.  This camp will be a team building leading into Junior Nationals (January 20th, 2018 in Halifax).

This camp is invite only - we will be contacting you to get invovled (if you want to take part and are not sure if you are on the invite list, please contact us at saskweightlifting@gmail.com)

Schedule for the day;

9:00am - Introductions

9:30am - Lifting session #1 (Snatch variations and squats + accessory)

**lifting session and coaching with video review of lifts

12:00pm - break for lunch

1:00pm - Doping Control (Al Bodnarchuk)

2:30pm - Lifting session #2 (Clean and Jerk and pulls + accessory)

**Lifting session and coaching with video review

**We will finish up around 5-5:30pm
