SWA is pleased to announce that Crossfit 306 in Saskatoon will be hosting the SASK OPEN 2024 . Owner and HP Junior Coach Jason Cain is thinking outside the box and proposing an new schedule for the event.
Meet will have ONE (1) BIG SESSION Friday Feb 9 and Saturday Feb 10 will be regular sessions
TOP 6 Females and TOP 6 Males (by entry total) will compete FRIDAY Feb 9. If you wish to compete in the BIG FRIDAY EVENT, you MUST REGISTER before Jan 26 to be eligible!
Late Registration will still be open, but you will compete on the Saturday schedule only.
Fees: $60/athlete Max 70 participants for event
Late Registration will be $100/athlete
BIG Session Friday, Feb 9:
Weigh-ins will start at 5:00 pm and session will start at 7:00 pm
Females will Snatch, then Males will Snatch and then Females C &J and Males C& J
Emails will be sent out by Crossfit 306 to those athletes included in the BIG Session on Friday.
This Friday event is not mandatory and you can opt out and still lift on Saturday if there are any challenges on attending on Friday!
Saturday Sessions will be sent out on the Preliminary date of JAN 29th.
