Nomination Committee meets to review submissions from interested candidates.

If and where deemed necessary, Nomination Committee conducts outreach to potential candidates to clarify submission information and/or outreach to candidate references.

Nomination Committee submits its recommendations to the WCH Board, for their consideration. PSOs will be copied on this submission, and WCH will post this information on the WCH website and broadcast on its social channels.
Outreach will be made by the Nomination Committee Chair to all candidates to advise of its recommendations to the WCH Board.

WCH Board Special Meeting to confer on Nomination Committee candidate recommendations, and makes its selections.
Sep 9
WCH Board announces candidate names for member voting at its upcoming AGM.
Sep 22
WCH sends out its AGM Agenda (no later than, per its bylaws).
Sep 24
WCH AGM: Candidates will have an opportunity to make a brief statement to members in advance of voting.

New WCH Board to confer and appoint Board members to Board positions (per bylaw)
